Fenberg Window Treatments

Fenberg Window Treatments

The Fenberg’s were experiencing issues with light damage to their floor and dining table in their second residence in Durango. Living in Louisiana, the Fenberg’s thought they had to coordinate a window provider, installer, and contractor all from thousands of miles away. They were coming to Durango soon for a vacation, and did not want to spend a week of their time off dealing with contractors. Luckily, they found Julie who was able to coordinate the entire process for them and have it done before their arrival- Julie offered knowledge on both the aesthetic side of window treatments and the steps that needed to be taken.

Julie first sent very detailed presentations of different window layouts with mechanisms of motorized windows. After selection and installation, the Fenberg’s were so pleased that they had Julie do the same thing for their master bedroom, bathroom, and dining room. Julie was able to complete the project in a timely manner so that the Fenberg’s could enjoy their full vacation at their second residence without the hassle of having their windows treated.

Robinson Residence

Robinson Residence

With a second residence near Purgatory Ski Resort that had been flooded, the Robinson hired a contractor to oversee the remodeling of their master suite while they stayed in their primary home in Texas. Immediately they began to distrust the contractor and were not pleased with the choices they made – they did not match the higher quality of the rest of their second residence. In a panic looking for a quick remedy, the Robinson’s called Julie for help. Julie was able to provide them with confidence, multiple solutions to the problem, and the assurance that she could make decisions that they would be happy with.

Julie took over the entire project and ended up enhancing the value of the entire home after it had been remodeled. After the Robinson’s realized that Julie was the right choice, they gave her full range to select materials and design elements. Through the whole process, Julie was assertive with her communication and her choices.
